NEW YORK CITY, NY — It can be hard to find greenery in New York City, but these homes in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan all feature a pop of green in their design or landscaping — and just in time to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day.

Patch compiled a list of homes across the city with a splash of color.

In Queens, the quirky former home of a music producer is on the market for $777,000 with a concrete backyard covered in fake grass and hedges — it looks more like an outdoor dining patio than a backyard.

The funky house, built 1920, belonged to music producer John LeeMaster Pruitt, whose work has been sampled by the likes of Bruno Mars, Usher and Jay Z.

In Brooklyn, the front yard and porch of a three-bedroom home overflows with greenery at a $1.79 million. With stone and granite accents and pops of color throughout, the Bay Ridge home also has new upgrades.

Built in 1925, this six-bedroom, two-family house in Marble Hill has a light green trim around its windows, green stairs, and a green garage. The side of the house is covered in greenery.
